Optiplex 3020 SFF won't turn off
Dear friends:
I have a problem with an Optiplex 3020 SFF that won't turn off. I have verified all the items on the BIOS regarding auto turn on, etc. Even, I have flashed the BIOS to the last version but none of that corrects the issue. Any ideas?

You don't say whether it won't power off if you do that from Windows or if you try to power off with the power button (after you execute power off in Windows).
Although you updated the BIOS, try a manual BIOS (CMOS memory) reset. With the unit powered off (disconnect the AC power cord) open the case and remove the CR2032 CMOS backup battery located on the motherboard for at least 10 minutes. Reinstall the battery (considering age may be a good time to replace the CR2032 battery) and then power on. See if that makes any difference.
