Optiplex 3080 MT and GT 1030 GPU?

Hi guys,

this my first post to this community.

I own Optiplex 3080 MT with i5-10505, 2x8GB DDR4, 256GB Nvme, 2x1TB 2.5" hdds and one Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX200 M2 card. The power supply is 260Watts.

The question is will GeForce GT1030 fit without any power issues? The card itself is rated to be 30W max, but i am not sure if it will work.

Gt1030 is validated in 3080mt by user benchmark

260w is just about right to support i5-10500, 2x8 ddr4, 2x hdd, dvd, gt1030 by psu calculator (10505 has same tdp as 10500)

Load Wattage: 214 W
Recommended PSU Wattage: 264 W

add the nvme ssd

Load Wattage: 218 W
Recommended PSU Wattage: 268 W

Hi, just to share information. The card is installed and everything works. The card is low profile without fan.  Even played MortalkombatX at medium settings :).
