Optiplex 5050: Improve on/beat Onboard Video?

sI've been buying Optiplex 5050s to upgrade my old Optiplex 790s. I see that the Optiplex 5050s have pretty decent graphic capabilities with the onboard Intel solution. I did buy one with a Radeon R5 430, I think Dell calls it a V337. This unit only just beats Intel graphics.

For general all around use, not gaming, does anyone have a suggestion for an SFF card that works with the 5050 that will beat desktop graphics?

PS. My 5050 had Dell warranty, and the warranty support person refused to/was unable to answer my question, so that is why I am here.
