Optiplex 7050 Upgradable to for Win 11??
Hello--My 7050 has an i7-7700 processor that presumably is not compatible for Windows 11. The Microsoft website shows that an i7-7800x processor would be compatible (as well as others). Is it possible and/or does it make any sense to upgrade the processor on my 7050?

Other responses to 7050 posts about this same thing say the motherboard chipset is not compatible.
I have the same problem with a Dell laptop. It has a 7th gen CPU and not upgradeable.
