Optiplex 9020 SFF Fan Noise HELP!
I have a Dell Optiplex 9020 SFF running Windows 10 but the fan noise sounds like a jet engine, even when idle. I've updated the BIOS / Windows and even replaced the heatsink and main fan with new thermal paste etc... still the same... it's been to a PC repair shop but even they couldn't get to the bottom of the problem.
Any ideas what else I can try?

Replace cmos battery with a new battery and clear cmos settings by motherboard RTCRST jumper. Your cmos settings may be corrupted.
