Optiplex 9020 Screen borken, Can't access bios
I have An Optiplex 9020. Its screen hasn't been working for years now for some unknown reason, the screen looks fine but doesn't work.
Anyways I was able to continue using my optiplex by connecting an external screen, but the issue is I cannot access boot, because I can't see what's happening in there since the internal screen is broken. I already tried opening the back panel and disconnecting it but the system still detects it as a connected display.

I take it you have the 9020 AIO. It would need a new touchscreen, which may or may not be worth it plus hard to come by. I found a touchscreen for it in Google, but the link went nowhere, so it probably sold.
Some older AIO's too easily had heat issues with the combo of monitor and PC combined plus little for fan(s) cooling it. Heat could too easily kill the monitor.
