Under Identify your product, enter the Service Tag
Click Search
That should take you to a page that shows your model at the top.
On the right-hand side, click View product specs
That will show the various components shipped in the original purchase.
However, if you're saying that you've done that and can't find details, perhaps it is due to the system's age. That is a 24-year-old computer. Maybe Dell purges old records at some point. One of my XPS laptops is 12 years old and entering the Service Tag still finds details about that system, but maybe 24 years is too long.
Given that the system is 24 years old, if you are not the original purchaser then it's possible that changes were made to components in the years since it was shipped. In that case, seeing an original shipped configuration wouldn't tell you what's in it now.
Free apps such as Speccy and Belarc Advisor can scan your system and list its components.
I know what the current configuration is, I was asking why the service tag and express codes do not work. So the service tag and express codes are deleted, and there's nothing that can be done, got it
This has nothing to do with the service tag or express code. However according to the same link you provided, Dell provides driver support for Windows 3, Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows Me, and Windows NT. And this computer was manufactured in 2001, currently running Windows xp and all the drivers are updated using SDI, just wondering why my service tag doesn't work
You've been assisted by two most knowledgeable persons already. I just want to chime in with a minor information. Sometimes, an error could have been made with service tag. Recheck for any possibility over zero and letter O, number one and letter I capital. Those are examples of possible mistake.

Details on what was included in the original order can normally be found this way:

This is a 2002/2003 era machine. The latest Dell driver support is Windows XP.
Here is a link to the available documentation:

As you assumed, age is why its not recognized.
Most people with questions such as yours are looking for drivers and/or documentation and the reason I provided the link.
