3020 MT motherboard only supports one 3 pin chassis fan and bios is specifically design to support Dell fan only. To power more fans without hub you need to use 4 pin molex from new psu and use molex to 3 pin adapter if new case fans are 3 pin only. stock psu would not let you power additional fans. If you are using a 24 to 8 pin adapter for new standard 24 pin psu, it may be possible to tap additional 12v and gnd wires from the 24 pin. That would take some work.

Re: sound card
3020 MT uses integrated on board Realtek audio. Do you have a discrete sound card?
when swapping case, HD audio cable (9 pin yellow) from new case needs to be plugged in motherboard audio header (#7 in MB diagram) in order to work.
Stock PSU can power a couple or a few extra fans, but I don't know about 5. Hopefully a PSU upgrade is being used. I imagine new case is meant for gaming and GPU card.
An easy way to plug in fans is to use sata power splitter to molex adapter. Whether Google or Amazon, different variations will come up. Use what suits you best. Plug into 12v rail that goes to optical drives.
However, if aftermarket PSU has molex connectors, splitters can be used with them also. PC fans are low watt.
