Yes, your PSU can power the 75w GTX 1650, but...

Bottleneck screengrabs are from PC Builds.  It would take a better PC with a better CPU to run the GTX 1650 without bottleneck.  This doesn't mean that there aren't people that have run it, possibly unaware of bottleneck.

I linked a couple of videos to show 240w and above PSU's can power 75w GPU cards.  In case somebody says it doesn't work...

HI @rlalbario,

It's not said what form factor/size your 3010 is - MT, DT, or SFF?

The GTX 1050 ti looks like a good fit to go with your CPU.  If you have a DT or SFF, then you'd need the low profile version.

Capture+_2020-09-15-20-09-46.pngFor YouTube videos, I wanted to go with the smallest example, SFF with 240w PSU.  Hardly anything for 3010, so I used 7010, also a 240w PSU in an SFF.

Checkout the screengrabs:

Even a 3010 SFF can power a GTX 1050 ti, so power isn't an issue.  https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=OUHQ-G6Lssk

The GTX 1050 ti looks like your best bet.  While the GTX 1050 ti could be outside of normal old Dell specs, it is for sure in the video, I've been suggesting what's been working for YouTubers and users in this forum.

Yes, you can.  Just be aware you may have minor bottleneck issues when it comes to the i7-2600.  I didn't see hardly a thing on YouTube in regards to that combo.

Thanks for sharing the screengrabs.  Result on 1080p is pretty close to what I got.  I see the result is completely different for 2160p.  If you want, go for it and I think you'll have good luck with it.  I might have to start asking users what resolution they plan on using.

I'm sure you know - The i7-2600k can't be OC'ed in an Optiplex.  That's why I went with the i7-2600 for bottleneck checks.  Turbo speed is still there though.

From the Optiplex 3010 Tech Guide:

Can't recommend the 60w GTX 750 Ti for a 3010 SFF.  Blue PCIe x16 slot has a power limit of 50w.  I'm sure there's those on YouTube that have done it, some even push 75w cards, but there's no guarantees how long a small PSU will last pushing it like that.
