Side pane feature in Optiplex 7060MT with S2218Hn

Hi Team,

       I need a thing to be clarified from you, I'm having Dell Optiplex 7060MT with S2218Hn monitor connected with it and now i need another monitor to be connected in the same 7060 CPU and after connecting dual monitors i wanna able to drag or copy any folder that is placed in monitor 1 to the monitor 2 using mouse or keyboard.

Kindly anybody tell me is there any possibility of doing this in deafault or should i install any kind of software to perform this action.
