which one is better? optiplex 3020

I was looking for graphics cards to put into my 3020 when I came to these two. AMD Radeon HD 7570, and AMD Radeon HD 8490. I'm looking for the best graphics card for gaming. if you have any other options, please let me know. thanks

They are both very weak 7570 is better.

I would get 7750 for a MT supporting 75w card
