Unfortunately, we don't have any reference on PowerEdge connector information, it is all not documented. Most of the components' alert in the server cannot be disabled as it is part of the feature for hardware failure detection. And about the connector information, we probably may need to wait for anyone in this public community to provide their experienced information.
There has to be documentation on the pins for these connectors. If Dell doesn't want to share that information that is another story. But, the boards and connectors were manufactured, so the information is available to someone.
