Poweredge SC1420 Two Amber lights on A and B Drives

I just did a Microsoft update and clicked ok to reboot once the update was finished. The server went black on the screen and never turned off. The fans just kept on humming and and the lights on the front pannel are now amber on A and B and green on C and D. What does this mean? My server will not boot. Is my RAID shot or my motherboard no good anymore? Please help!
