Raid 5 not booting after switching power supply

I have a Dell 2600 PE with PERC 4, RAID 5 over 4 36GB SCSI disks-- I recently replaced a power supply and the disks got shuffled (I don't know the exact slots they were in- don't ask why, I just hope I can recover)- When I boot up, the drive lights turn green then go out-- the configuration utility tells me that drive 0 and 2 are failed and that 1 and 3 are online-- swapping drives in slots always yields the same screen--

Is there anyway to recover the array? or at least get data off the array? - I was running windows 2K server on the box, and really need two microsoft access databases (they run my Boy Scout Troop and the District's Merit Badge clinic)

Boot to the CTRL-M utility for the PERC 4, Configure, View/Add ... if prompted, choose Disk View, then save on exit.

If you are not prompted for the configuration view or saving the disk view does not bring one of them online, you will need to force online the LAST disk to fail. Don't force a disk online unless you are prepared with a backup. If you have no backup and the data is critical enough to pay for professional data recovery, that should be done before forcing a drive online, as it can hurt the chances of a successful recovery.

The drive you choose to force online is important. Unless you are absolutely positive that the drives appeared offline at exactly the same time, forcing online the wrong drive will corrupt your data, so if you aren't sure, you need to do more investigation into which one failed when.

I did the CTRL-M utility, selected View/Add- I don't see the Disk View option - the operation (F2-Drv. Info) gives me the alert "Invalid Operation for this device. Press any key to Continue" -  Attached is a screen shot of what I am looking at--
