If you are concerned about your DVD DRIVE, then put a CD or DVD in the drive and re-run the diagnostics.
If you are concerned about your HARD DISKS, then check the Results tab to see what the results of the disk diagnostics were - or run them again. Because of the Dell firmware on the drives, no external/third-party diags can be as accurate as Dell's.
Picture 1: indicates a memory error in May 2012. I don't know how you resolved that error, but it has not been logged since then. The diagnostics automatically fail upon log entries containing memory errors. You need to clear the log then run diagnostics to be sure the memory is sound, but it probably is by now.
Picture 2: a meaningless message about your CD/DVD drive - the test failed because there was no media in the drive (test could not be run). This is NOT about your hard disk.
Picture 3: is only a summary of the errors during diagnostics: two instances of [logged, not current] memory issues, one on May 1 and one on May 10; and the CD/DVD drive error.
So, you do not have any issues or failures, however, you should run diagnostics on the memory after clearing the logs just to be sure.

It means you had a previous memory error. You need to clear the log and run diagnostics again.
You can clear it using the iDRAC interface during POST (CTRL-E), or accessed remotely.

No, hirens won't be able to talk to most of the hardware in this server ... use Dell's diagnostics.
It should have run diags on the hard disk(s) ... check the Results tab.

There isn't anything there that needs mentioning:
