Can't get to BIOS - integrated raid exception detected

See image below, this is the screen I am seeing right now. Can't get past this, just hangs on this.

I created a DVD with Dell's Support Live Image Version 2.0 but can't get it to boot to the CD

Need some help.

TeamAguilar,

What is the server we are working with? Also, are you getting a CTRL-R prompt to access the controller? If so then you will need to access the controller and see what drive is showing as failed from the array. Upon replacing that failed drive, and letting it successfully rebuild to the array, the issue should be resolved.

If you don't have a CTRL-R prompt, are you getting any amber lights on the drives? Amber and green flashing?

In regards to the CD. Hit F11 on startup and select the Optical drive from the list.  You may have to hit a key to boot to the disk.

Let me know what you find.

I have the exact same problem.

Can you share how you handled this situation?

Can you answer Chris' questions and provide more info on your issue?

So this ended up being a bad drive because as soon as I pulled one of the drives out and booted the server started right up. I replaced the hard disk and was back online.

Great to hear. Keep us in mind if there is anything else.

Same worked for me. After a hard power/on off, and pressing Ctrl-C during the boot, I could actually enter the PERC bios. It showed one of the drives as missing. Replacing the faulty drive returned the array to RESYNCING and booted OK. Thx for the tips.
