Dell Enterprise Drive Firmware

I have 6 2TB Dell SAS drives that I'm trying to re-purpose.

Problem is, there is an incompatability with the drive and the Areca controller I'm using.

Areca says to update the drive firmware.

Dell support has no downloads available.

Drive model is ST2000NM0005

Anyone have any idea how to navigate Dell support to find a firmware upgrade?
