Dell H710p slot error

Hello,

I have a dell T620 with a perc H710P and I am getting a slot error with no hdd showing.

I have 8 x 2TB seagate sas drives and only 7 show up.

I have verified all updates and firmware are up to date.

I have attached an image of what I see.

I also have a Perc H310 and all drives show up properly with the h310. No errors, all slots full and raid working as it should.

Any suggestions would be helpful.
