H730 does not support NVMe drives. You can have both H730 and NVMe on R630. H730 will be managing all SAS/SATA drives on the backplane and Software RAID will be managing all NVMe drives on the backplane in this case. X10 backplane of R630 support upto 4 NVMe drives.
