Does R620 support a 4TB SATA SSD?

SAS SSD N/A 200GB, 400GB
SATA SSD N/A 100GB, 200GB, 400GB,
PCIe SSD N/A 175GB, 350GB, 700GB, 1.4TB

rest depends on the controller.

Non Dell Disks are never supportet within a Dell Server. Story ended.

Can a non Dell Disk work within a Server... maybe yes.

Unfortunately, there is no documentation for this card for us to provide if there would work/supported by R620. This card would be a third party right?
