EXE file called something like Expart.exe

Was talking to a dell tech told me about a tool on their site to help in changing partitions.  I thought he said expart.exe but that doesn't come up with anything.  Tried Axpart.exe as well. Sort of like a Server Magic type application.

 

Anyone know the app and can give me the correct name?
