Error on \Device\Harddisk2\DR5 during paging operation

Getting intermittant disk warnings in the System Event Log.

How do I find out exactly which disk this is?  Controller is a PERC 3/Di with mirrored drives in three volumes - Dell utility (FAT), C:(NTFS), D: (NTFS).

Also connected to a SAN array on volume F: Software for that shows no events at all.

Server is a PowerEdge 2650.

have you looked at the drive enumeration in disk management ? (either omsa, or computer manager -> disk management)

I looked in Manage\Device Manager.  It shows two Dell Containers as the drives, and the details only gives me the bus ID, Target number and LUN.  Nothing refers to \Device\Harddisk\DR5.  Also scanned registry, no luck there either.
