Expand storage in RAID 5

We have a client with a T710. They currently have a PERC H700 integrated RAID controller with three virtual disks. All physical slots are full.

One volume is a RAID-5 with four physical 136.12Gb hard drives. This volume is running short of space and we'd like to make it bigger. What would be the best way to do this baring in mind we have no spare slots to add extra physical hard drives?

Thanks

Update all system firmware (iDRAC/LCC, BIOS, PERC, replace each disk individually, then Reconfigure to fill the entire space. This cannot be done with early versions of the firmware.

"Best" way? Backup/restore.
