Yes, if you have slots to install more disks you can expand the RAID 5 virtual disk by adding more disks. The H710 will require an application like OpenManage Server Administrator to perform a reconfigure. I think the H730/PERC9 was the first generation that reconfigure was supported through the iDRAC web interface. So, on the H730 you con probably perform the reconfigure using OMSA or the iDRAC embedded web server.
The OMSA storage manual has a reconfigure section that lists what is possible.
