HDD Drivers for windows Server 2008 R2 install on R220 issue

Question

I have an issue trying to install the drivers for Windows Server 2008 R2 on a R220.  I have used the following link as advised http://en.community.dell.com/support-forums/servers/f/906/t/19602608 and have also tried some other drivers that I found on the Dell site but with no luck.  I have put these onto a blank CD and onto bootable USB drive but with no joy it doesn't seem to see any of them. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks,

You need this driver:

http://downloads.dell.com/FOLDER02529884M/8/SAS-RAID_Driver_W2K8R2_XYPYC_A07_6.803.21.00_ZPE.exe

You must download and run it to extract the files, then put it on a flash drive ... click on Load Driver link and browse to the location on the flash drive.

You may also need to configure the drives (RAID or non-RAID).
