HDD Not showing up in OS

So I am at a loss.  I have a Dell T130 with 4 - HGST 6TB HDD's installed.  The T130 supports 4 HDD's.  I am trying to run FreeNAS on the T130.  Here's my issue:

The HDD cord/wire is labeled with HDD0, HDD1, HDD2, HDD3.  For whatever reason, any HD plugged into HDD0 will not show up for the O/S.  I have tried uninstalling the O/S thinking it was an OS problem; however, upon reinstall, HDD0 is not even an option.  Only the 3 other HDD's are appearing.  In addition, my boot drive is a flash drive (USB).  Note that I do not have a RAID controller and none came with the computer.  I am not sure why the T130 is earmarking the HDD0 hard drive and not allowing my O/S to recognize it.

Note that at one time, all 4 HDD's did show up for my OS.  I had the same issue as above and I had to unplug all drives but one, boot up FreeNAS, create an array, shut down, plug in 2nd HDD, boot up, add to the array -- and so on and so forth.  This actually worked in allowing FreeNAS to see all 4 HDDs.  When I restart the T130 to install additional memory sticks, the issue came back again.

What could be causing this issue?  I am at a loss and I cannot do the same thing as I did previosly as these HDD's are already assigned to an array and I'd have to reform the HDDs (Losing everything) in order to create new arrays.

Any thoughts?  Suggestions?  Note that CTRL + R doesn't work as I think it only would work if one has a RAID controller (which I dont).

Thanks!

Note that based on the steps taken, I believe this to be a BIOS/T130 problem.  Motherboard was replaced, HDD cables replaced, and still no luck.
