Have 2 similar servers but different raid controllers

I have 2 dell power edge T320 servers. One with a perc h710 controller and another perc h310 controller. Is there a way to move my boot drive from the server with the perc h310 controller to the server with perc h710 controller.

You should be able to migrate virtual disk from H310 to H710 controller. Please refer "Virtual Disk Migration" section on page 16 of below link for more details.

Please note it is good practice to backup your data before carrying out any maintenance tasks. Also as a best practice ensure you have latest firmware installed on the controller

It is a boot drive. Would I need to change the boot file as to boot from that drive on the other machine?

Is there a particular menu option to do so?

It will work for UEFI RAID configuration the same way? I won't need to remount the drive when loading windows?

You can refer "Enabling Boot Support For A BIOS-Enabled Controller" section on page 59 of below link for boot drive configuration

Server should boot from this new virtual disk if you configure this new virtual disk as bootable device on H710 configuration utility. I do not believe any other changes required to boot from the new virtual disk. As this is a new server you might face some driver related issues if there are mismatch between both server configurations.
