How to update PERC H200 Firmware on Linux ? Does 'update_firmware' find updates for RAID cards ?

I have PowerEdge R210 II Dell Servers.

They come with PERC H200 RAID SAS cards.

i.e

lspci -n -n |grep -i lsi
01:00.0 Serial Attached SCSI controller [0107]: LSI Logic / Symbios Logic SAS2008 PCI-Express Fusion-MPT SAS-2 [Falcon] [1000:0072] (rev 03)

I have seen the Dell firmware updating tools i.e

http://linux.dell.com/wiki/index.php/Repository/firmware

Which works fine - however does this also check for the RAID card firmware?

If not how do you update the firmware for the raid cards?
