Information about disk - PowerEdge R710

Hello community. One of mine R710 has the front SAS drive led off - the R710 has two disks. Looking in the iDrac for alerts or logs I can see this info sequence:

Fri Jul 21 2017 14:24:51 Storage Drive 0: Drive Slot sensor for Storage, drive presence was asserted
Fri Jul 21 2017 14:22:21 Storage Drive 0: Drive Slot sensor for Storage, drive fault was deasserted
Fri Jul 21 2017 14:22:21 Storage Drive 0: Drive Slot sensor for Storage, drive removed

How can I go deeper in the analysis? I don't know if this is a mirror or not, I don't know if the disk is broken or only the two led are damaged...

Thank you for your help :)

Hello

You can use one of our OpenManage products like OpenManage Server Administrator. If you have an operating system supported by OMSA then you can install it directly. If not, you can boot to the Support Live Image. It is a CentOS distro that has OMSA and other utilities pre-installed. OMSA should give easy to understand information about the storage configuration. You can find more detailed information by reviewing the controller/TTY log, but it is not as easy to understand. You can export the controller/TTY log using OMSA.

The OMSA download can be found on the system support page under Systems Management. Select the OS at the top of the download page to filter by OS.
