The error that it is giving is for the PERC controller not responding. The steps to take are, power off the server and unplug it for about a minute, then plug it back in and see if it redetects the controller. If that doesn’t work reseat the controller and cables.
What if you have tried those steps and are still getting the same error? We had a power blip before this started. I tried putting a known good drive in just to see if there was any activity lights but it was the same. Do I need to replace the controller or possible bad motherboard?
