Not detect hard drive

To start the controller itself isn't compatible in the C2100. The 2 supported raid controllers, for the purpose you need, are the H200 (Part 0RR9J) and H700 controllers (Part K883J). The LSI 9211-8i, or the H310 isn't supported in this server.

Also, I see that the Hitachi HUS723020ALS640 and HUS723030ALS640 are supported, but am not seeing the Hitatchi S600 nor the Toshiba being supported either.

I change my RAID card by LSI 9261-8i but already the same problem?

This backplane is only compatible why H200/H700?

Why there is a jumper for LSI/PERC, I pop in LSI but nothing work

Or the problem provide to hard drive not DELL branded?

The backplane is compatible with other controllers, but for the use you are needing the controller to do, those would be the controllers needed. I would try the jumper on Perc as well. The issue is likely due to incompatibility and not due to Dell branding, as both of those controllers will support 3rd party hard drives. As long as both are current on firmware.

I have buy a PERC H200 and have the same problem nothing Hard drive will be detect.

RAID Card = PERC H200A

BackPlane = 09NXC7 JUMPER configure:

• D (SSC Disabled)
• E (Host x4)
• F (Lacation normal)
• PERC Device

Why doesn't work? The backplane is failed?
