OpenManage Server Assistant CD
Need to reinstall WIndows Server on PowerEdge 2950 and the OpenManage Server Assistant just sits at Loading......... and will not go any farther. I've even downloaded the ISO from DELL's website and burnt a copy and it does the same thing. ANy ideas?

I am also having that exact problem. My server does n't have a floppy disk, or less, i could have tried to install the OS using the windows 2003 cd.

I never bother with those OpenManaged disks
Using nlite you can integrate the driver into the cab file and burn it so you'll have your own custom Windows 2003 CD with any driver you choose to add.
You can also integrate the latest service pack into the disk as well as all the Windows updates so you dont have to run Windows update after you've install it. You can download all the post SP1 updates from here.
