I am in a similar situation. I have a PE R310 with the PERC S300. I want to replace it with an H700 but do not know what model/part to get. I need to be able to use 2 new 4TB drives and the current S300 controller only "sees" 1.9TB. What part number do I need for an H700 with 512MB of memory? My service tag is 9TY6JN1.

Hi Frank,
I am seeing even different part numbers than you listed. Is it a 512MB or 1GB H700? I am showing G5V20 for the 1GB adapter and GRXYF for the 512MB.

Hello;
1THG8 and W56W0 are the part numbers for ERC H700 512MB. After you buy the card, you need to use it in PCI-E slot number 2.
