PE R620 with H710P drive compatibility matrix, opinions

I'm trying to find the latest drive compatibility matrix (preferably with Dell P/N) for a PE R720 with PERC H710P. There are several Dell part numbers for 1.2TB SAS 10K 2.5" HDDs, it would be nice to see all of them in one place. Examples below

Dell RMCP3 1.2TB 10K 6Gbps SAS 2.5" ST1200MM0007 Enterprise v7
Dell 036RH9 1.2TB 10K 6Gbps SAS 2.5" ST1200MM0088 Enterprise v8

If Dell P/N: 036RH9 will work, I'd rather get that one since it's a later generation and has 128MB cache.

Any opinions regarding Toshiba vs Seagate for 1.2TB SAS 2.5" HDDs?
