We would need more details. Specifically the current raid configuration, Virtual Disk status, and how the failed and new drives appear in Physical Disks.

Did both drives go missing at the same time, or was the Virtual Disk degraded before failing. If so what drive went first? Also, if you try one of the drives in another slot, is it seen by the controller?
I am not sure is the drives go missing first or Virtual Disk degraded first. When I checked on the BIOS that we found the RAID is not working and the both drives go missing.
Tried in another slot, it still display as "Missing"

We setup as RAID 5 and total 5 HDDs in this raid configuration.
Virtual Disk status is offline
The new devices appear in physical disk is Missing
Now, my server can't detect and access to this logical disk.
