Power Edge R6515 with PCIe adapter with either Samsung 983 DCT or PM983

I am wondering if either of these two SSDs will work with the Power Edge R6515. I thought of using the PCIe nvme m.2 adapter. I will use software raid, so it doesn't matter if the raid controller might not support it.
