PowerEdge 2900 Drive Trays

What is the part # and pricing for a drive tray for a PowerEdge 2900? I cannot locate it. From the desription the embedded raid and trays work with SAS and SATA... can anyone confirm?

Thanks!
Ray

I saw them at discountechnology.com (note only one 't') under the part number DEL-F9541-BN-OE. HOWEVER: They are missing the addapter board to connect the SATA drive. A SAS drive may work with them (but can't test)

Here are the URL for all the parts you need to mount a SATA drive in a Dell 2900:

Dell PN939 SATA Interposer board

Dell F9541 / NF467 / G9146 SAS / SATA Hard Drive Tray/Caddy

The board is about $40 while the tray is $50. So it will cost you $90 all together to mount your own SATA drive. For SAS drives, all you need is the caddy AFAIK, but I haven't tried that yet.

(I am not affiliated with discountechnology, just a happy customer... a Google search may turn up other dealers for the same parts)
