PowerEdge T620 RAID 5 Hard Drive Replacement

We had one of the drives fail in a RAID 5 server configuration.  HD was replaced, was put into "Rebuild" then changed to "Online".  System still won't boot up.  Any suggestions?

Hello

Rebuilding a drive in a virtual disk will not fix issues with the data. If you were having boot issues before the rebuild then you will continue to have boot issues after the rebuild. I suggest reviewing procedures for recovering or repairing the boot record of your operating system. If the data is important and not backed up then you may want to contact a data recovery company before doing anything.
