Hi,Please note that it’s always risky doing RAID configuration or troubleshooting : you could lose data.
From the picture you attached, RAID controller configuration- 2 disks are missing ( 00:01:00 , 00:01:01)
00:01:00 -> This looks like a new SSD and not reset.
You must remember the previous RAID 10 configuration was like: was Slot 0,1 / Slot 2,3 span? Or was Slot 0 ,2 / Slot 1,3 span?
The first span, slot 0 and 1, both discs are missing.
You need to have either one of them online through foreign import or reinstallation.
