PowerEdge T630 raid10 configuration missing physical disks

Question

I have a PowerEdge T630 raid10 configuration Microsoft server 2012 r2.  It includes 4 1tb Samsung SSD's. I had 4 Samsung 950 pro SSD drives configured as raid 10. Since the drives were over 5 years old. I decided to replace them with new ones one  week at a time. Samsung 950's are no longer available, so I attempted to replace them with the Samsung 960 pro model. I started with slot 3 bay 4 two weeks ago. Then last week I replaced slot 2 bay 3 last week. When I tried to replace slot 1 bay #2 today. The system booted and was up for about 5 minutes before crashing and automatically restarted without rebooting. The only option was to got to the Perc H730 Adapter Bios Configuration Utility . It shows the first 2 disks slots 0 and 1 as missing. I hope someone can help.

Hi,Please note that it’s always risky doing RAID configuration or troubleshooting : you could lose data.   From the picture you attached, RAID controller configuration- 2 disks are missing  ( 00:01:00 , 00:01:01) 00:01:00 -> This looks like a new SSD and not reset.   You must remember the previous RAID 10 configuration was like: was Slot 0,1 / Slot 2,3  span? Or was Slot 0 ,2 / Slot 1,3 span? The first span, slot 0 and 1, both discs are missing. You need to have either one of them online through foreign import or reinstallation.
