Hello @ismail83,

It seems that the error is related to your RAID controller battery that you need to check on.

Page24: https://dell.to/3hqbzPn

You can refer to page: 116 for RAID battery removable and installation.

Try removing and installing back the RAID battery cable to the RAID Controller. If the issue persist, you will need to replace the component.

1. Do just need to replace the battery?
2. Are there no changes to the raid system?
3. Is the windows system safe?

Hi @ismail83,

Here is to answer your points as simple as I try:

1. Do just need to replace the battery?

> Most probably yes, based on the error message that is showing.

2. Are there no changes to the raid system?

> No, the RAID configuration information is stored in the RAID controller

3. Is the windows system safe?

> Yes.

I suggest to follow simple steps while replacing any components in the server. After the server is off, remove the power cables from the power supply. Press and hold the power button for 15secs. Then open the chassis to replace the RAID battery.

Hi @ismail83,

When you access to the RAID controller BIOS, what is the status of the battery shown?

Have you tried clearing the hardware logs in iDRAC/LCC?
