Poweredge r420 replacement disk in raid 5

I have a raid 5 array with three SAS disk if I can not find the same with what I can replace him
The drives are 300GB SAS 15k 3.5 "

OK thanks,
These three options are you to replace broken in the raid 5 array. If someone is not telling me please. Which of the three would you recommend.

Except for the first one that is 12Gbps, versus 6Gbps on the others, there is no difference. You need EITHER a 2.5 inch drive in a hybrid/3.5 inch carrier or a 3.5 inch drive in a regular 3.5 inch carrier.

And the size ok.
The other three are 300GB is it necessary to take more than 300 GB or this will do for me.

All three descriptions are for 300GB drives. If you are replacing a 300GB drive, 300GB or larger will probably* be fine.

(*There is a small possibility that different makes/models of drives may vary by a few MB, in which case, if you end up with a 300GB that is a few MB smaller than the original 300GB drive, it cannot be added to the array.
