R710 and the H700 raid controller
I have a R710 poweredge server with the 3.5 inch chassis and a 6/i raid controller. I want to upgrade to an H700 controller. Is there any specific model/part number I should look for or ones i need to stay away from.

It is a very good idea to update the outgoing PERC ... there may be pieces of the management of the array that do not translate properly to the H700 if the firmware is too old.
