RAIDIOS support on PE 1600SC
Does the Poweredge 1600SC support RAIDIOS from Intel? I would like to install an Intel SRCZCR RAID controller, but I can't find any compatibility information regarding Dell computers. Thanks.

The PowerEdge 1600 SC does not support RAIDIOS from Intel. Actually, let me rephrase that. We have never tested or validated RAIDIOS from Intel, it "might" work, but I doubt it.

i've got a similar question about my PE1600SC.
I want to buy the LSI Megaraid Zero Channel raid adapter.

But to get it working the specs say this:
Requires motherboard PCI slot supporting LSI Logic SCSI interrupt steering logic or Intel RAIDIOS logic and
one LSI53C1030 dual-channel or LSI53C1020 single-channel Ultra320 SCSI controller
The LSI53C1020 is on the motherboard of the 1600SC. But does it support this card??
