Raid-1 Replaced/rebuilt drive shows status "Ready"

I have an old PowerEdge 6600. Last night it auto-restarted after a blue screen error and was showing a failed drive in the system array, disk 0.0

Usually when this happens, I go into ArrayManager, replace the drive and it rebuilds to "Online" status. Easy-pezy.

This morning, I replaced the failed drive, and once the rebuilding finished, the status shows "ready" and there is only one disk listed under my "Virtual Disk" that is online, disk 0.1

I do not think my array is being mirrored properly. Does anyone have an idea of what may have gone wrong and maybe a suggestion on how to best get the second drive back to "Online?"

Thanks,

Andy

Hi,

Are you able to set the drive to a hotspare in array manager? This might force it to rebuild.
