SAS firmware fail
I am trying to update the firmware on SAS drives ST3600057SS with image
SAS-Drive_Firmware_V38WK_WN32_ES68_A07
Each time I get a The operation failed due to an invalid image file. Tried downloading it again with no luck.
RAID Controller is a PERC H310
What can I try?

Are you using Dell co-branded drives? If not, you can't flash non-Dell drives with Dell firmware.

Hi
Apology it's my first question on Comunity Dell.
I am try to use HD Seagate with firmaware 0008 and try to firmaware update to FS64 but the disk not update the firmware.
anybody could help me?
