Thank you for your reply, isn't the PDF you provided is subjected/referred to "Microsoft System Center"? Correct me if I'm wrong isn't this different from Server 2008-R2 and/or Server 2012-R2 installation?
Secondly I'll take this opportunity to ask another question that; which is the preferred way to configure RAID 1 & Server 2008/2012 installation either
1) Manually configuring RAID 1 using System BIOS (Ctrl+R) menu then install Windows Server OS directly by the Microsoft Media? or
2) Using Dell Systems Build and Update Utility (SBUU) Media (Ver 7.4.0)?
Once again thank you very much for taking time to answer my query, I'm very thankful to you in this regard as suggested by you, I've gone through every single option available while booting and yes (F10) Dell LCC has saved me this time.
