Hi,

The typical windows message during the setup (blue screen) "Setup did not find any hard disk drives installed in your computer"... I tried to boot with a cd of 2003 and added the drivers with a floppy by the F6 function and my drivers are correct. The setup can find the hard drive but with the RIS...

  I did not see any obvious typos, so let's try to quantify the error a bit further.

  Are you having the remote install configure the RAID array or is the hardware previously configured?

(If you're trying to configure the RAID and that is not happening, then even though you're installing the drivers correctly, you still would not find a drive. If you're configuring the RAID, look to see if the H/W got the RAID configuration completed. If you're NOT doing the RAID, check to see if the target server was prepped with a RAID array and that the array was initialized).

Thanks for your prompt answer. Normally Dell preconfigure the RAID Array but sometimes I don't like their choice regarding the config, that's why I prefere to kill and redefine it. Now, my RIS don't define automatically the raid array, I make it manually(like the volume partionning in the windows setup), it's to dangerous with a bad manipulation. I'm going to explain you my tests regarding the RAID array. The test passed when a didn't define one Array and I forced to load a specific driver by the F6 function(Dell SAS 6/IR controller then consider the disk as a Raid 0). Now with the RIS this test failed. My second test was to define a RAID array with two disks (Raid 1) and the test passed with the floppy but not with the RIS... I don't understand where is the problem because I compare the drivers files from the floppy and from the textmode folder in my RIS server.
