Would you confirm if you have a complete backup of the data, if not then you may want to consider taking to a data recovery service, as there is a chance of data loss.
A Couple questions, such as are there are any errors being displayed, and is the server is up to date on BIOS, iDrac, Lifecycle Controller, as well as the S100? Also, would you confirm if you are seeing any errors as well, and if so what are they?
