Windows 2008 Server Installer Not Detecting RAID5
Hey everyone,
So I have been trying to install Windows Server 2008 (not R2) on a spare Dell PowerEdge 2650 but when prompted to choose an install location nothing shows, at the bottom of the window it says "No drives were found. Click load driver"
So I download the SAS RAID ,SCSI Drive and SCSI RAID drivers on the Dell website and put them on a USB and windows doesn't recognize the drivers.
This is driving me mad, I've tried all the suggestions found online and non are working
Any help is greatly appreciated.
*edit*
also have pictures of BIOs settings and the RAID settings if this will assist anyone

When you configured RAID, did you also Initialize the Logical Drive?
Is your system firmware (BIOS, ESM, PERC) up to date? There is a very good chance that you'll need the latest firmware for drivers to work.
You should be using this driver:
http://downloads.dell.com/scsi-raid/ADAPTEC_PERC3-DI_A01_R192965.EXE
You must download and run the file to extract the contents before using them.

I can't, it says "We couldn't find any drives. to get a storage driver, click Load driver." at the bottom of the "Where do you want to install Windows"
