Hello,
Please, try to run a Hardware Diagnostics on your PowerEdge Server to check for possible hardware errors:

Your server is 11G.

Probably too late now but you need to boot the Windows 2008 Recovery CD or Setup CD and go to X:\sources\recovery folder and run the StartRep.exe program a few times. I had similar issue after a power outage on an HP server. "Operating System Not Found". The problem turned out to be a corrupted boot sector and corrupted partition table, according to the logs. Booting the Windows 208 Recovery Disk and go into "Command Prompt" option. The "Repair Windows" might also work. The first one or two times StartRep will not show any Windows installations detected, but it found problems. On the third time it showed that it successfully found a C:\Windows installation and repaired boot problems. One final reboot and the server came back up again.
